Day 1
Monday, May 22nd
Morning - 3:00pm
Group Arrivals
Welcome to Los Cabos! You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to Grand Velas Los Cabos. See the arrival information in the Travel tab for more information.
12:00pm - 3:00pm
Check-in at Koi Bar
(located next to the lobby)
Along with a welcome drink, everyone will receive the following during check-in: (1) Wristband that will be your room key (2) An envelope with cash to use for tip to pay throughout the resort (3) Another envelope with “fake money” to use towards the Market located within Koi Bar to purchase pre-selected gifts/souvenirs
Please note that the Market will only be available at Koi Bar during check-in. We advise all guests to select their gifts using their “fake money” before heading to their suite.
Dining Concierge will be available if you would like to book dinner reservations at one of the 5 top restaurants
within the resort.
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Cocktail Hour at Terraza del Mar
Help yourselves to drinks and hors d’oeuvres as we gather for the Welcome Dinner at Terraza del Mar. In addition to food and drinks, you’ll be greeted by the colors, flavors and sounds of Mexico.
7:00pm - 10:00pm
Welcome Dinner at Terraza del Mar
There will be no assigned seating so please select any seat of your choice. Please enjoy a traditional Mexican dinner on your first night in Cabo.
Once we wrap up dinner, dance the night away with music from a local band.
Day 2
Tuesday, May 23rd

Breakfast is available at Azul or Amat Café
1:00pm - 5:15pm
Optional: Boat Cruise in the Marina
For those that signed up for the boat cruise, pick up at Grand Velas will be at 1:00pm and estimated return time of 5:15pm. Appetizers and open bar will be available. More information can be found in the Activities page.
If you booked a 6pm dinner, you will be back in time for your reservation.
Evening
Dinner
You are free to grab dinner on your own or make dinner reservations with your team at one of the 5 restaurants at the resort. To make reservations, please visit the Dinner Reservations tab or talk to your Dining Concierge during check-in.
9:00pm - 11:00pm
Optional: Karaoke night at Sky Sports Bar
After dinner, come join us for karaoke night at Sky Sports Bar and be ready to sing your favorite tunes!
Light snacks will be available.
Day 3
Wednesday, May 24th

Cocktail Hour at Azul Beach
It’s our final night in Mexico. Arrive early for cocktail hour at Azul Beach and help yourselves to drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres before dinner.
7:00pm - 10:00pm
Farewell Dinner & Awards Ceremony at Azul Beach
There will be assigned seating. We will hold the awards ceremony on our final night. Enjoy another delicious dinner while experiencing a Fire Show as we close the event with a bang!

Bellboys are available to bring luggages to the resort lobby. Group transportation to the airport will be provided based on departure times.
