Congratulations on earning your spot in the Sales Hall of Fame! Please use this time to recharge, get to know your teammates, build some deeper relationships, and celebrate this achievement! This accomplishment is significant for so many reasons. First, it recognizes your skill in your role. Whether an innate ability or learned over years through deliberate practice, you are one of the best in your function. Second, SHoF is a year-long program which means you have shown true grit and determination over a long period of time. Every year there are ups and downs, changes in our external and internal landscapes, reasons to take the foot off the gas, but this group decided to show up each and every day and give it their all. Your customers, your teammates, and you are better for it. And finally, earning SHoF is significant for the honor and responsibility you now carry here forward. You are now an example for the rest of the organization, you set the tone for how to work hard, how to communicate and collaborate, how to continually sharpen your skills, and how to treat one another.
