Day 1
Monday, May 20th

Group Arrivals
Welcome to Cancun! You will be greeted at the airport and transferred to Grand Velas Riviera Maya. See the arrival information in the Travel tab for more information.
10:00am - 5:00pm
Check-in at Karaoke Room
(located next to the Ambassador lobby)
Along with a welcome drink, everyone will receive the following during check-in: (1) Wristband that will be your room key (2) An envelope with cash to use for tip to pay throughout the resort
Dining Concierge will be available if you would like to book dinner reservations at one of the 5 top restaurants within the resort.
Want to book a massage or facial? An SE Spa representative will be available to confirm booked reservations or make a new reservation.
7:30pm - 9:30pm
Happy Hour at Ambassador Garden
Located outside next to the Karaoke Room, help yourselves to drinks and hors d’oeuvres as we kick off our first night in Cancun.
Day 2
Tuesday, May 21st

8:30am - 1:30pm
Optional Activity 1: Extreme Adventure ATV
Advanced Sign-Ups are Required
For those that signed up for the Extreme ATV Adventure, we will meet and get picked up next to the Ambassador Lobby at 8:30am with an estimated return time of 1:30pm. We encourage everyone to eat breakfast beforehand.
5:30pm - 9:00pm
Optional Activity 2: Cirque du Soleil
Advanced Sign-Ups are Required
For those that signed up for the Cirque du Soleil, we will meet and get picked up next to the Ambassador Lobby at 5:30pm with an estimated return time of 9:00pm. We encourage everyone to eat dinner beforehand unless you prefer to eat once we return.

You are free to grab dinner on your own or make dinner reservations with your team at one of the 5 restaurants at the resort. To make reservations, please visit the Dinner Reservations tab or talk to your Dining Concierge during check-in.
Day 3
Wednesday, May 22nd

Optional Activity 3: Cenote Adventuring

For those that signed up for the Cenote Adventuring, we will meet and get picked up next to the Ambassador Lobby at 8:30am with an estimated return time of 1:30pm. We encourage everyone to eat breakfast beforehand.
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Cocktail Hour at Ambassador Beach
It’s our final night in Mexico. Arrive early for cocktail hour at Ambassador Beach and help yourselves to drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres
before dinner.
7:00pm - 10:00pm
Farewell Dinner & Awards Ceremony at Ambassador Beach
We will hold the awards ceremony on our final night. Enjoy another delicious dinner and enjoy your last night in Cancun.
This dinner will be assigned seating.
Day 4
Thursday, May 23rd
