Michael is the Sales S&O DRI for DDFW Pre Sales. During 2022, Michael delivered significant impact driving sales productivity. He’s owned new and improved pipeline forecasting models, planning walks, and test plans for new sales teams and lead list vendors, resulting in dramatic q/q productivity gains for our acquisition teams
Joe possesses a true Mx-first mentality and has the ability to critically problem-solve in order to develop a path to positive outcomes for both the Mx and DD. Throughout 2022 he delivered an avg of >110% attainment to goal and led some of the most impactful deals and rollouts across the DD CAN business. Those include, (1) unlocking and rolling out 96% of Wendy’s locations across MP, DP, PU with POS integration, giving DoorDash selection leadership and making Wendy's the 2nd largest Mx in CAN...all in 12 weeks; and (2) Being instrumental in renewing DD CAN exclusivity with our largest FSR's (JOEY + Earls), through expert post-sale partner management and relationship building. Congrats JM - a stellar year!
Catie is the true embodiment of continuous improvement, striving to find ways to create new, more efficient processes and challenge existing ones. She effectively deals with change/ambiguity, navigates complex cross functional relationships, and operates with complete autonomy managing two Top 30 Enterprise Brands (Papa Johns & Zaxby’s). Catie has also shown considerable advancement in problem solving under pressure, and demonstrates confidence in her decisions that balance what works best for Merchant Partners and what works best for DoorDash. Recently in Q1 2023, Catie received a note of extreme gratitude from our Papa John's key decision maker (citing a "major improvement in our overall communication and engagement") and a seemingly endless flow of praise from XFN Drive Partners (huge accomplishment given PJI's importance to the Drive business). Alex is a top performing Account Manager on the US Enterprise Mid-Market Team and achieved 127% vs. goal in 2022. Notably, he exemplified One Team, One Fight after the RIF, offering to step up to take on more responsibility and lean into parental leaves for the team. From a business perspective, Alex was #1 in net-new Ads Spenders in Q3 2022, managed a challenging book of business with $280M annual GMV, and unlocked key parity and inflation wins across BBQ Holdings & Friendly's in H2 and helped launched Voice with BBQ Holdings. Outside of the his direct team responsibilities, Alex contributes to DoorDash's company culture through is dedication and work with jews@doordash and has taken an active role in the EngageMe@ workstream to help roll out mentoring opportunities across the organization. Colin had a banner 2022, where he raised the bar from Day 1 in building relationships, driving revenue, and setting up Rx partnerships for long term strategic growth. He drove a remarkable $33M in ads and promos revenue in 2022, achieving an average of 172% attainment, and securing the first A&P upfront commitments from McDonald's, Wendy's, and Chipotle. Across his strategic Rx partners, he drove a 187% increase in ads revenue and 273% growth in promo revenue in 2H22. Congratulations on this very deserved honor!
Despite his relatively short tenure at DD, Luke led Parcel BD while his director was on leave, and successfully structured and closed 3 critical Parcel deals (Macy’s, Petco, Pandion), assumed ownership of the pipeline, and made meaningful inroads with a number of additional merchants (AirTerra, Uniqlo, Best Buy, TechStyle) that will set us up well to build traction in H1’23
Miya set the bar exceptionally high in 2022 by unlocking an unprecedented number of new Marketplace categories through her partnerships with Sephora, Big Lots, Tractor Supply, Party City, and Victoria's Secret. These types of deals require creative problem-solving which could deter others from making fast progress, but Miya rolled up her sleeves and got to the lowest level of detail to find solutions that work for DoorDash and made our Mx's feel very supported in a new partnership. Miya is a trailblazer who works at lightening speed with an uncanny ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally - we are so lucky to have you! Congratulations, Miya!

Her ownership, optimism and problem solving have created massive wins for DoorDash - from ~100% penetration on Pizza Hut in 2022 to direct-to-franchisee relationships that are first-of-its-kind. Elie manages $300m+ in GOV on marketplace (30% of conv vertical) and took our largest partner WAG from negative vp to positive vp. WAG is also now a 50k+/week drive business across front of store and pharma. Elie plays a hybrid role of pre and post sale: 1) selling in double dash 2) is a top seller of marketing 3) and managed to rollout new initiatives like loyalty and alcohol (largest single alcohol partner). Congrats on such an amazing contribution to the new verticals business in 2022!
Dave absolutely crushed 2022 and emerged as an organizational leader who has made a tremendous impact for Rx BD: hiring, training, goaling, mentoring, crisis management, process improving, offsite emceeing, the list goes on. From Krispy Kreme inflation to our Net New MP allstar Nothing Bundt Cakes, Dave pushes our business forward with a keen eye for growing GVP and driving product adoption. I'm so excited to watch Dave continue to make an impact on the MidMarket book of business, the Enterprise team, and the Rx org. Congrats, Dave!
Huge congrats Mariam for winning the 2022 SHOF spot! Mariam had a stellar 2022. She finished ~130% to goal, but that didn’t come easy. Joel Darner ships off to the Sales Hall of Fame! When I think about someone who knows their team's numbers inside and out, loves to get into the weeds on performance yet give their team space to lead through change, and build strong followership in the process, I think about Joel. Over 2022 Joel took on the tough task of moving his team to a fully vendored motion, increased conversion rates to unheard of levels through a maniacal focus on time to first touch, narrowed his focus to Inbound, all while pitching in to help on Post Sales and across our People OKRs. Dana is an absolute rockstar! She has truly made a name for herself within all of pre-sales, and it's no surprise that she a 2022 Sales Hall of Fame Winner. Besides having monster quarters in Q1 and Q4, Dana never let performance out of her line of sight. She did a phenomenal job of sticking to her OKR goals and coming up with weekly goals in order to drive the success of her team. She prioritized coaching and mentoring with every new sales rep that would join her team from our Prep Kitchen, and worked closely with them on what would not only help them achieve personal success, but also how they would play a part in hitting the team goal. It's truly amazing to see someone perform at such a high level, while also working on multiple org projects and initiatives. Congrats on winning this prestigious award! We know you'll be challenging yourself to do it back-to-back in 2023!
Valerie is so deserving to be inducted into the Sales Hall of Fame and had an incredible 2022. From mentoring her peers across various roles in the Inside Sales org to being the first SAE to hit quota practically every month, while maintaining the top spot, Val truly does it all. She is an exemplary rep who is always there to help out her teammates, has never missed quota, and consistently dominates her weekly inputs. Val also embodies our merchant-first approach every day and goes above and beyond to give every Mx she works with a white-glove experience. Huge congrats to Weston for earning himself a seat at the 2022 SHOF! Weston is someone that truly owns both the bias for action value AND one team one fight. He worked with top mxs and our product teams to ensure the mx's goals were achieved while also scaling his best practices to other teammates in Account Dev. Additionally, his strong relationship with his fellow SPMs allowed him to tag team objection handling for Mxs that have previously pushed back to ads and promos. His ability to balance team collaboration and Mx needs with his own goals has always made him stand out and it's no surprise he has earned himself top Marketplace OAD team member for 2022. I have to say that Saman winning SHOF is a surprise to no one! I want to extend a heartfelt congratulations to him for this incredible achievement. His work ethic, ability to get to a low level of detail with his merchants, as well as his close knit SPM relationships all helped lead him to this achievement today. The list of merchants he has signed is extensive and he has been able to draw from that list consistently in order to bring in future wins! From Oren’s Hummus, to Afters Ice Cream, Saman is consistently highlighted for not only the big store count merchants he brings in, but also the value of the merchants as well. He averaged 202.85% for the year last year, which is no small feat. Success at that level doesn't just happen, it is earned, and Saman knows exactly what needs to be done in order to achieve at the level that he does. In addition to overachieving on goal, exceeding his activity metrics every single week, and leaning in on a variety of 10% projects, he manages to hit every deadline and does so with a smile on his face. I couldn’t be more proud of him earning this coveted spot in the Sales Hall of Fame. Congratulations again Saman!!!
Massive congratulations for our AD Manager winner Mike Milero on his stellar leadership in 2022! This is a back to back win for Mike, last year as an IC, and this year as a manager. Mike led the entire org in overall attainment (181%) and had 100% rep participation rate for the entire year! His leadership helped propel the Eastern US forward with strong adoption of Storefront and Drive with some of the biggest and most strategic brands. Mike was able to achieve high attainment while onboarding over half his team this past year, and still finding time to grow his existing team into even stronger IC's. First and foremost I couldn't be more proud of Allen for getting the SHOF for 2022. This is his 2nd consecutive year taking home the prize and he did it with an open mind all year. The meat and bones of this award is CW, but not only did he run the table in getting new business, he also had his hands in so many different wells while doing so and it's truly impressive. You can ask anyone in the pre-sale org if they know of Allen Wilcox and I'm sure their answer will be, "Oh yeah he taught me how to do _______," or, "Oh yeah Allen helped me with _______". It truly is admirable and being within the team that is the best of the best for inside sales, dealing with the toughest merchants, very impressive stuff!
What a year it has been for Devin! His name should be a familiar one, as he has been top of on the stack ranks all year, Champions Club winner, and recipient of multiple Inside Presale quarterly awards. While his production and performance have been extremely impressive, his drive and hunger to learn and get 1% better every day is arguably more impressive. Devin continues to be the first hand that goes up when a volunteer is needed, a great example of this is his assistance mentoring and helping in our sales onboarding program, Prep Kitchen. He is also very supportive of his teammates and genuinely wants to see everyone succeed together! A true One Team. One Fight. attitude! A big congratulations to Mark Siewert for winning SHOF! Mark's superpower is "Being an Owner". Mark went above and beyond every quarter, averaging 244% to goal in 2022! He closed and implemented Storefront for large brands like Rebel (170+ locs), Captain Jay's (28 locs), and many more! Mark also took a leap of faith to be the first "Franchise" rep on the Inside Platform AD Team. Mark had to overcome many new challenges when working with these more complex businesses and understand their needs to make Storefront a good fit. He has had countless Zoom meetings alongside his Success Managers to build strong rapport with Mxs. With having his customer obsessed mindset, he ended him up on top of the leaderboard! Congratulations on President's Club, Greg! Greg hit 133% attainment last year making him our 2nd highest performer across New Verticals! He joined the NV Team in Q4 and had the highest attainment in Q1 bringing in our largest Grocer at the time (America's Food Basket/Ideal Food Basket) all while planning a Trade Show (with flawless execution). He stretched into trade show planning + managing our channel partners while continuing to surpass goal QoQ. By diving into the where our product gaps were, he was able to strategically position DoorDash to drive results across MM Grocers & Channel Partners alike. His ability to adapt, operate at the lowest level, and scrappy mindset positioned him for success QoQ.
Congratulations on President's Club, Josh! It's no surprise that Josh is here. In 2022, he surpassed all of NV Pre-Sales with a 159% attainment to goal regardless of the number of challenges local grocery had throughout the year. Josh truly emulates the ideal rep profile you'd want to have on an outside team. He constantly takes initiative when uncertain to find answers across the org, collaborates phenomenally cross-functionally, as well as trains his peers on what answers he's found. He's invests time in diving into the details and works closely with our GM Teams to understand product functionality. He also maintains a positive attitude while doing so!
Mike had an incredible 2023, but especially in H2 as the team rolled out true Sales goals for the first time. He scored big wins with Marukai/Tokyo Central, Morton Williams, and Draegars and increased his attainment in late December by 82% from driving forward massive marketing closes across numerous brands to land at 308% for Q4 and take SHoF Honors. Outside of attainment, Mike has been a true leader on the team from a mentorship and culture perspective and is always willing to tackle a new challenge. Derek had a fantastic year.
