From day 1 Jiaqi has been thrown through tough problems that she has tackled with grace. Jiaqi covers Arby’s, BWW, and Sonic under DD’s #4 partner, Inspire Brands. Her most notable achievement was to launch an “unlaunchable” brand (Arby’s) on first party delivery. Jiaqi created a new solution by launching the first enterprise brand on DoorDash’s Storefront. This took an enormous amount of time to go above and beyond to 1) gain the trust from our merchant partner and 2) to adjust the internal product, legal, data, privacy, tax and design teams so a large enterprise brand could use Storefront, a product that was created for SMB. Jiaqi’s work has unlocked a whole new way for all of Enterprise to strengthen our relationships with DD’s largest partners. Congratulations Jiaqi!!!

Georgie has demonstrated exceptional ownership and a remarkable bias to action. She consistently has taken the lead on new projects and initiatives, exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Notably, these strengths have led to the successful signature and launch of Mary Brown’s, but also the successful renegotiation and seamless execution of the complex terms of the new Foodtastic MSA. Georgie’s willingness to take on new challenges and expand her scope have been particularly instrumental in the success of our team. More recently, this was proven again when Georgie willingly took over A&W at the start of Q3 while they were in the midst of launching on Drive. Her hard work, dedication to our business and proactive approach have been instrumental in achieving strong results, and we couldn’t be more excited for her to get this well-deserved recognition. Congrats Georgie!!

While Brett is best known for successfully forging partnerships with long-time holdout Enterprise Mx — Culver’s, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Giordano’s — what truly distinguishes him is his methodical approach to negotiations. Brett conducts negotiations with a poised and confident demeanor, swiftly building trust and instilling confidence in both Mx and his fellow DoorDash team members. His exceptional deal-making skills consistently place him among the top performers within ENT Rx BD. Brett diligently ensures that his cross-functional partners are actively engaged, and he isn't hesitant to stand firm, all in pursuit of mutually beneficial outcomes for our Mx and our Cx. Beyond his outstanding performance, Brett motivates those around him to get 1% better every day. Thanks for your hard work and congratulations, Brett!

Salliebeth has led our top exclusive restaurant partner Cheesecake Factory driving $240M GMV yearly. Notably, she led our first full loyalty integration over the past year while simultaneously leading exciting new work streams across A&P, Licensing, Operational Excellence, launching a Drive Pilot and partnering on a full-scale MSA renegotiation. Her efforts include helping launch five “Famous Desserts'' locations in 2024 (with plans for 25+) in our DashMarts and DoorDash Kitchens to introduce the famous cheesecake slices to incremental customers. Salliebeth operates at the lowest of detail to understand Mx feedback, root cause pain points, and bring solutions that have been leveraged to scale across numerous XFN Teams. She consistently executes at a high level across Executive Levels & C-Suite all the way to Store Operators in order to ensure DD grows & is best-in-class! Salliebeth is a top performer executing at +121% to goal over the last three quarters and we couldn’t be more excited for her to attend her first-ever Sales Hall of Fame. Congratulations Salliebeth!

Ryan has been a Franchise Sales leader for 2+ years, starting as a FAE 6+ years ago. Ryan has spent most of his tenure on MP Sales, averaging 122% to goal in 2023. Ryan’s scope has significantly expanded from focusing on MP Sales to now adding Drive strategic initiatives. These initiatives are high impact and require a complex sales cycle / strategy. Ryan has led efforts to streamline GTM playbooks, while training reps and integrating with Drive operators to build scalable processes. 2023 was particularly challenging with the LEM transition. Because of Ryan’s vast knowledge of our internal systems, Ryan was able to plug in as the team’s leader to unblock LEM issues. Specifically, the franchise sales team was heavily impacted and blocked from being able to "Close Won" opportunities for weeks. If it weren't for Ryan's leadership, the delay would've been longer, directly impacting the ENT org's GMV for Q2 and beyond. Specifically, Ryan was the "glue" across multiple teams, bringing feedback from FAEs back to the Lemonade team, communicating issues back to the Post Sale team, and leading multiple sessions to walk the Lemonade team through bugs and P0 needs. Andrew is a critical and celebrated member of the Mid Market Rx A&P Sales Team! In 2023, Andrew delivered ~$34M Ads & Promos revenue, hitting an average attainment of 120% and materially growing Mx such as Charley's, On The Border, El Pollo Loco, Hungry Howie's and more. Andrew's superpower is Truth Seeking - he sees opportunity at every turn and models it for those around him. This has particularly paid off in unlocking Sponsored Listings growth through creative mechanisms such as Franchise opt-in/out to scale Mx impact. Beyond his core role, Andrew has been leading the Mid Market Rx A&P Sales Team over the past several quarters and is a trusted advisor on our leadership team, on everything from Win Pizza efforts (creatively closing Hungry Howie's, Old Chicago, and Donato's in partnership with the EAM, Lindsay!) to re-orienting the Mid Market A&P sales motion against distinct Active and Grow & Defend Mx cohorts. Congratulations Lauren! Lauren and her pod covers Canada Grocery (50% of Canada’s NV MP volume and 40% of Canada’s total Drive volume), spanning 25 banners (10 business groups, 45 business IDs) and 3,300 stores, having scaled from 20 banners and 2,700 stores just 9 months ago. Lauren has gotten new selection ahead of plan (No Frills live, RCLS & T&T in discussions), more than doubled NPS for Walmart Canada (from 14 to 33) within 6 months, excelled at growth initiatives (launching DoubleDash and Shoppers Drug Mart Virtual Brand with Loblaw's, etc), and gotten Mx slow to innovate to change their processes (getting Walmart live on batching, piloting Loblaw's batching, implementing pre-tipping (net VP gains of CAD $1.61), AND she is our team's Lemonade Super User! Congrats Lauren - so well-deserved & I hope you and Yasin enjoy Cancun!

CONGRATS, Emily! What a year plus that it has been! Emily's team leads our relationship with Albertsons -- our largest grocery marketplace and grocery drive partner. Under her stewardship, our business with Albertsons has reached new heights and hitting an all-time high $675M marketplace GMV run rate (now we need to get to the $1bn mark!!)! What's even more impressive is that Albertsons is just one of the massive accounts that Emily has been driving growth for -- BJ's Wholesale, Cub Foods, Giant Eagle and more all rely on Emily's Mx-First partnership approach, attention to detail and creativity to grow their Marketplace and Drive businesses. Emily is also a true culture carrier and team player -- she masterfully stepped up to lead a team of EPMs during a period of organizational transition and now has fully embraced the role as an EPM Pod Lead. Allie has been ECE’s S&O lead / DRI supporting New Verticals, and has brought her exceptional collaboration and operational skills to deliver several high impact projects. She not only drove enhancements for NV Lemonade users (e.g. NV Hierarchy Project), but also continued to partner with the broader team to solve bugs post go-live and led the migration of MM Grocery into DDMX. Among other initiatives, Allie led NV’s Red Card Invoicing Methodology to improve accuracy of invoices to Hybrid Tax Retailer Mx, refreshed the E2E activities to launch checklist to clearly outline timelines, dependencies, instructions, led NV GTM for the reporting API - from revamping the public API documentation, to creating a new sell presentation to help drive awareness among DoorDash sales, and most recently has been conducting Mx interviews to clearly identify pain points around partner reporting. Allie deeply embodies a One Team,One Fight approach and helps the team get 1% better everyday. Truly well-deserved Allie!!

Kenny leads Product Partnerships for US Restaurants across Drive, Marketplace, and Storefront. He manages our relationship with key restaurant ecosystem partners such as Olo, Checkmate, Chowly, Toast, Square, and Clover that enable 180K+ stores - over 20% of total GMV - to operate on DoorDash. Kenny has played a critical role in renegotiating agreements with our top partners.

-Slice: Drive's 3rd largest Rx middleware partner which contributes ~1% of total Drive weekly volume. The deal resulted in a 12-month right of first refusal (ROFR) and is expected to contribute 2m deliveries.

-Toast: Enables 4% of total MP weekly volume and >1% of Drive’s total weekly volume. The deal is on track to close in a few weeks and will contribute (1) $25M+ in MP transaction fee savings, maintain Drive exclusivity, reduce our $10m A/R balance, and unlocked future Bbot and Storefront growth.

Gloria's performance in 2023 was nothing short of exceptional! She holds a high bar, and expects everyone to contribute to the overall success of the team; including herself. I think it's important to appreciate the journey that brought Josh to winning SHOF 2023. Starting his career at DoorDash as an SDR, Josh is a true product of our organization. With a background in the hospitality industry and no prior sales experience, he entered the scene, he was eager to learn, put in hard work, and now stands as one of the top salespeople in all of SMB sales. From SDR to Senior Strategic Account Executive, closing some of the most reputable brands across the country (we call these Market Makers). Beyond being a top performer, he exemplifies the qualities of a franchise player, elevating the performance of those around him. In 2023, Taylor Gaither was an incredible resource whose work impacted many teams over the year! Projects include Supply Chain, MP Churn, DashPass Trials, and DashPass Upsell. Each of her projects produced strong results that allowed DoorDash to move forward with bigger investments in these expanded ventures and product offerings! Taylor's innovative approach to problem-solving, including the creation of impactful communication tools and advanced data analysis, along with a commitment to operational excellence and team development, has significantly contributed to her success. She is known for her Bias for Action, her ability to Choose Optimism & Have a Plan, and her drive to be 1% Better Every Day. This is displayed by always putting our merchants' needs first, looking for ways to improve internal processes, and product features based on Mx feedback and ground-level details, and leading by example! Brian had an incredible 2023, securing his promotion to Senior Sales Lab Executive through unparalleled bias for action and his consistency as a significant contributor across Flowers Post Sale, Mx Rewards, and Ads Optimization. In H1 and H2 he led in total output and in Q4, led his pod in Closed Wons by over 60%. Throughout the year, he has been a key point of contact for our cross functional stakeholders, answering digging questions from vendor management, post sale leadership, new verticals leadership and sales planning to ensure successful graduations. Lastly, Brian has some of the strongest metrics across the board in Sales Lab: #1 in DM Access with 40% of his activities being on a DM, "Activity to Set" is 13 which is among the best on the team, and 71% of his activity are phone calls - also among the highest on the team.
