Since joining DoorDash in mid-2023, Mike has displayed an innate ability to make a big impact across every project he’s involved in, from dealmaking (e.g., Crumbl, Marco’s Pizza) to bringing nuanced workstreams to market with some of our most strategic Mx partners (e.g., Dave’s Hot Chicken), to representing himself as the face of DoorDash during Merchant escalations without losing sight of the need to sustain productive partnerships. Mike has established a reputation as a creative and collaborative dealmaker, but what distinguishes him is his ability to methodically build trust with each of his partners, deeply understand and empathize with both their motivations and pain points, and collaborate on solutions that drive meaningful growth and learnings across the entire ENT Rx cohort. In a role that mandates cross-functional excellence, Mike goes out of his way to form individualized, personal relationships with each of his XFN partners and works seamlessly with them all in pursuit of better partnership outcomes. A huge congratulations and thank you to Mike for all of his hard work and contributions to DoorDash!

Patrick is a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and a leader who thrives in complexity. In 2024, he stepped up to take on McDonald's Canada, our most strategic and complex Merchant, after two years of completely transforming our partnership with RBI, which notably led to a 57% increase in Tim Horton's GMV in H1 2024. His ability to quickly ramp up on McD, navigate and lead this extremely demanding Mx with precision, optimism, and ownership has been instrumental in driving growth. He quickly built trust with McD while tackling complex challenges left right and center, including challenging new stakeholders, and new regulatory fees and requirements. His exceptional relationship management, strong Merchant first mentality, and his ability to operate and find solutions in high-pressure situations has made him a critical asset to the Enterprise team. Patrick’s leadership brings wisdom, optimism, collaboration, and a growth mindset that inspires those around him. We couldn't be more excited for Patrick to get this well-deserved recognition, attend his first-ever Sales Hall of Fame, and continue making an impact in 2025. Congratulations, Patrick!

Tommy is a builder, a bar raiser, and a force to be reckoned with. In 2024, he delivered a banner year, leading the Marketplace launch of Culver’s ($220 GMV), scaling their system from 60 successful pilot locations to 935+ locations on Marketplace in just 5 months with precision and dedication to excellence (including 3+ weeks spent in field with Culver’s’ teams). His bias for action, ‘one team’ mentality, and ability to get to the lowest level of detail fueled him in to build a GTM playbook for launching net new Enterprise Merchants, to build a launchpad for Culver’s weekly launches in partnership with MxS, and to partner with our S&O team to bring the best & newest operational enhancements to Culver’s to remove any risk of delays during launch. He then ensured others learned from his successes by sharing his learnings and playbooks organization-wide. Beyond the launch, he helped champion a game changing MSA renegotiation for Culver’s that resulted in a commitment to reduce inflation rates and invest 4% of GMV (~$8.8M+ annually!) into DD ads. Overall, Tommy exemplifies the qualities of a trusted leader, collaborator, and problem-solver within our organization. His dedication and impact are evident in the successes he's achieved, and he undoubtedly played a pivotal role in driving DoorDash's growth and success in 2024. We couldn't be more excited for Tommy to attend his first-ever SHOF!

Sarah is a top performing Account Manager on Enterprise, managing such Brands as Papa Johns, Shake Shack, GoTo Foods, and Red Robin. Sarah consistently demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving with demanding merchants. She played a pivotal role in navigating complex relationships with GoTo Foods, Red Robin, and Shake Shack, and successfully reignited Shake Shack’s engagement with DoorDash after years of disinterest. Her efforts have led to deeper collaboration, increased A&P investments, and greater openness to innovative product pilots.

Sarah drove an impressive 21.7% YoY sales growth with Shake Shack and helped reverse Red Robin’s 8% sales decline to achieve flat sales in 2024, despite a tough macroeconomic environment. Notably, she was able to secure 7% GMV A&P investment from Shake Shack in Q4 - their first in over two years - and paved the way for marketing commitment for all of 2025. Sarah is a top performer executing at well over 100% of her goal over for the last several quarters and we couldn’t be more excited for her to attend her first-ever Sales Hall of Fame. Congratulations on this very deserved honor!

Langdon-Grace ("LG") has been a standout Associate Manager on the Strategic Partnerships team, managing and scaling one of our highest volume merchants [Taco Bell] while supporting broader YUM initiatves [Marketing Accrual Fund], onboarding other new hires [Isabel Ma], and taking ownership of the Habit Burger & Grill partnership in 2025.  A few key examples below: 

Ops / Quality ➝ LG stood up and owned several workstreams in 2024 targeting quality degradation and operational efficiency. Efforts included testing and launching WOHD, Smart Scales, Last Order Hours, and Dasher Receipt Verification. LG also led multiple order accuracy analyses that informed additional tests (scales, menu optimization). 

Menu Optimization ➝  LG partnered with multiple XFN teams to evaluate Taco Bell's current menu construct, provided data on top modifiers / items, as well as lowest performing items (as part of a larger M&I read out prepared for TB) to begin exploring removal of items / dayparting, came up with best in class examples of menu constructs at DoorDash and provided feedback on how Taco Bell can emulate these successes which will allow us to come into 2025 with a delivery-first menu as a top priority.

Marketing ➝ LG continues to play a massive role in the Marketing Fund Productization work stream. She lead the charge / represented the broader YUM Pod's needs, which resulted in a new productized Marketing Fund Sigma to simplify internal and external planning across multiple brands. She was able to provide meaningful suggestions to grow promo spend with one of our largest partners.

In 2024 Emily was the top contributor (63% of total Alcohol ads revenue) to the growth of the Alcohol ads business with $13.7M in ads revenue (Alcohol total = $21.7M), +407% YoY. She single impressively onboarded 23 net new Alcohol advertisers in 2024 and navigated complex legal challenges associated with alcohol regulation. 

Emily exceeded goal in Q2-Q4 (average attainment of 114%) and emerged as an innovator on the sales team. She led the charge on new efforts such as offsite media and co-marketing, driving $3M+ in 2024 against these new revenue streams. For 2025, Emily has already locked in $13M+ in upfront JBP commits with line of sight to $24M+. Emily is crushing the highest tiers of JBP pitches including with behemoths like Aneiser Busch through deep insights and clear value proposition.

Emily is beloved by her clients and operates with a bias for action mindset, including senior stakeholders like VP of eCommerce, ABI; Sr Director of eCommerce, Proximo; eCommerce Director, Campari; VP of National Accounts, Jackson Family Wine, and more.

In 2024, Aaron has exhibited remarkable growth and leadership, spearheading projects that have greatly enhanced operational efficiency within the ENT organization. He has been instrumental in driving key initiatives such as the business hierarchy automation within DDMx, which has resulted in an ~$8M annual GMV savings by expediting Mx onboarding, especially for New Verticals. Aaron has set a high standard for his team through his the lowest-level contributions to DDMx stabilization and improvements to Automated New Store Onboarding (ANSO). Moreover, through his deep bias for action, Aaron has successfully facilitated over 28,000 store launches, resolved thousands of errors, and played a pivotal role in tackling operational challenges, including the new Stripe KYC requirements for alcohol merchants. His ability to dream big and start small, identify business needs, proactively see opportunities, and collaborate effectively with XFN partners has laid a solid foundation for systems planning.

In 2024, Ashley exemplified our core value of “dream big, start small” to drive outsized impact across both our Retail portfolio and New Verticals at large. She exceeded her goal (average attainment of 132%) and left no stone unturned when it came to accelerating Mx growth.

As the EPM for Best Buy, Ashley worked relentlessly to expand selection, unlocking gaming consoles ($5M+ inc. GMV) and restricted SKUs ($6M+ inc. GMV). To secure this assortment, she collaborated with XFN teams to enable manual SKU-level commission. As a result of the Best Buy workstream, category-level commission is now enabled for all NV Mx—a major win for selection, our VP profile, and future Mx negotiations.

When Ulta signed as our exclusive flagship beauty partner on MP, Ashley executed their launch in record time, ahead of Mother’s Day peak demand. In addition to launching with loyalty, Ashley partnered with Ulta to build a bespoke feed and onboarded them as the first Mx on Greenpipe. Greenpipe enables auto SKU builds and enhances ShopEx for our customers—Ashley emerged as a leader in this workstream, setting the stage for a successful rollout across Retail/NV.

On the Drive side, Ashley demonstrated conviction in spades. Ulta saw unprecedented growth (+125% YoY) as Ashley negotiated cutoff time extension, radius expansion and co-funding all major campaigns ($1M+ in promo/off-platform spend, 6X lift in sales). Most notably, Ashley leveraged her strong relationships with senior leadership to secure Drive exclusivity through 2025, making Ulta an exclusive partner with DD for 4+ years.

Ashley emerged as a pioneer across key NV workstreams (category-level commission, Greenpipe, exclusivity agreements, etc.). Moreover, she is beloved by her Mx, including senior stakeholders like VP of eCommerce, Ulta; Sr Director of Digital Product, Ulta; Sr. Director of Marketplace, Best Buy; Sr. Director of Ecommerce, Sally Beauty, and more. Congratulations, Ashley!

In 2024, Rachel onboarded and launched several enterprise merchants across New Verticals. These included Twin Liquor - a strategic alcohol partner in TX who was won over in large part by Rachel’s white glove service during pilot - and Big Red, our first enterprise alcohol partner in IN and the first enterprise/alc self-delivery Mx. Through these partnerships as well as other key relationships that Rachel manages, she oversaw 20% of the alcohol vertical’s GMV.

Additionally, Rachel led the charge from a mx-perspective as we launched CBD/THC delivery by leading our enterprise partnerships with CBDK & Sunmed, as well as launching the category with Total Wine & More. The category drove $15M in sales in 2024 thanks to Rachel’s leadership.

Rachel has continued to elevate our partnership with TWM (DoorDash’s largest national alcohol partner) by leading their migration from DSD -> Mx pick and earning an incremental $1.1M from improved VP, as well as investing in marketing for the first time, and seeing an 8.1X ROAS!

On top of her partnership management achievements, Rachel is the first to raise her hand to help plan an offsite, team event or mentor a new team member and she truly embodies #OneTeamOneFight.

Bruna has been an integral part of the Product Partnerships BD team, managing many key partnerships for Drive, Storefront, Loyalty and Gift Cards, as well as negotiating high impact deals. Some key achievements include:

Fantuan: renegotiated contract to secure exclusivity on Drive in the US, Canada and Australia, despite Fantuan being in talks with other DSPs. Not only was Bruna able to extend exclusivity, but she worked with the Px to increase our share of their delivery orders instead of their own fleet. Fantuan has become the 4th largest Drive Rx MWP with over 1.3M in volume. She also negotiated an incremental volume opportunity to support the H2 2024 close-the-gap initiatives at a cost per incremental delivery of $2 (vs the platform benchmark of $7). She also worked to improve our unit economics with Fantuan through tipping enhancements and passing through reg fees.

First Delivery: since Bruna took over the management of First (fleet management Px), she has developed a strong relationship with them overseeing an increase in weekly Drive volume from 6K to 19K, while negotiating to remove volume based discounts to improve unit economics. Through her strong relationship with First, she has ensured that we capture volume from BeyondMenu and successfully helped First pitch Drive to Giordano's, an account that the Drive ENT has been trying to win for over a year.

eCS: established DoorDash as a reseller and white-label partner for eCS gift cards, empowering Pathfinder Merchants with branded solutions critical to their business success. She also secured reductions in pricing ranging from 25% to 33%.

Congratulations to the legendary KING WU on his THIRD SHoF in his time here at DoorDash. Year after year King has shown us what it means to be hard working, operating at the lowest level of detail, process oriented and consistent. Since joining GML, I saw first hand in H2 of last year that King is still a bar raiser - a hustling top performer that is still somehow very in the weeds on an account level, system transition level and a teammate level. Ask King to pivot for a company initiative? He comes out of Cuero, TX with 12 / 18 accounts closed bringing on the first SMB stores onto the platform. Send him into PR? Walks out with 21 CWs in a week. He lives with a bias for action and extreme sense of ownership, raising the bar quarter after quarter. Mr. 200%+, Mr. South TX, I appreciate you and amazing work yet again here in 2024.

What's there to say about Triblo that hasn't been said over and over? The man has his own emoji in slack! Super proud to congratulate Tribs on being AD Platform's 2024 SHOF winner. John tag teams some of the biggest and baddest merchants around the country - brands like Golden Chick, Pizza Twist, BB.Q Chicken, Fire Wings, Poke Bros, Lettuce Entertain You and countless others are all wins that Triblo played a major role in. In fact, John has led platform conversations for nearly 50% of platform's top 20 volume drivers. John was atop the platform leaderboard for all of 2024 - putting up big attainment numbers (and equally big impact) on his way to almost 200% attainment for the year. Tribs - you earned this! Thank you for constantly putting your merchants, your partners, and DoorDash ahead of yourself. 2024 was Joseph's year!! I always say that Joseph is the walking embodiment of what it means to be a Growth Executive. He lives and breathes our company values, is so incredibly dedicated to his Mxs, can take an impossible situation or difficult close and find a path to success, and has been such a valuable team member since joining 3 years ago. He's been a mentor, a Team Ambassador, leads trainings, participates in pilot programs, and STILL is able to be a consistent top performer. That's why it was the easiest decision to promote him to Senior Growth Executive at the MidYear Review - a title he represents every single day. Well, 2024 was finally the year where he made it official, and now we get to celebrate Joseph's INCREDIBLY IMPRESSIVE success and induct him into the Sales Hall of Fame! There is no one more deserving of SHOF than this guy right here! Congratulations!!! 

Congratulations Aaron on earning 2024 SHoF Honors!! I remember when you got back from last year's SHoF trip, you mentioned you were going to work hard to run it back and win it again. You are a true competitor and losing isn’t in your DNA, and sure enough, you ran it back and earned SHoF honors yet again! Your hard work truly paid off, and I’m super excited you’ve achieved this milestone again. In ’24, your Bias for Action, ability to get to the Lowest Level of Detail, and One Team, One Fight mentality guided you to many milestones on Team Long-Tail which had you finishing the year at an incredible 183%. I’m sure we’ll have another 1:1 once you’re back from this trip with you mentioning how a three-peat is in your future and I honestly wouldn’t go against the odds. I’m thrilled to announce that Samantha has been named the 2024 DoorDash Sales Hall of Fame representative for New Verticals Account Management!

Sam’s performance last year was nothing short of phenomenal, consistently exceeding her goals and making a significant impact on the Flowers vertical. Sam was a top performer every quarter last year, but in Q4, she led the team in Loyalty (387%, 75 wins) and Photo Coverage (283%, 35 wins), finishing at 197% for the quarter and boosting her 2024 avg attainment to 152% for the ear. 

Beyond her impressive numbers, Sam has truly embodied the "One Team, One Fight" mentality. Her colleagues consistently praise her for being available, offering valuable knowledge, and putting the team’s success above individual recognition. Sam’s diligence, empathy, Mx-first approach to account management have been key to her success and helped this team scale from a SLab pilot in 2022.

Congrats on your second SHoF win Bobby! Not only is this your second SHoF win, but this is your second win in a different role. This shows mastery of not only one craft, but several. You made the move from the most established, and secure territory in Restaurants--Northern California. Nowhere else in the country is Doordash more renowned than San Francisco, yet you chose to leave and embark on an ambiguous new journey at New Verticals. We have a lot to build, and you started doing that from Day 1. You led our Self-Delivery team to heights we thought unimaginable, an 80% lead to contract sign ratio is unheard of. You have also helped launch our CBD standalone category, our Channel Partners team, and now taking on the challenge of building a brand new team in Canada. Huge congrats to Nick Strolia, for a monumental year on Sales Lab!  Nick led our Pathfinder sales team in total activations in 2024, and finished 3rd in store volume.  Not only is Nick converting deals, but he's strategically prioritizing high valued targets.  Nick accomplished this feat while testing reduced incentive terms and piloting new GTM initiatives across the project.  Beyond the noteworthy results it's Nick's intense ownership and bias for action that set him apart.  Nick on his own created our first-ever Mx testimonial video to serve as collateral for the rest of the team.  He leads rep run fish bowl sessions with his peers to flush out best practices and build outreach strategy.  He even built our expanded WIKI project resources consolidating 50+ resources for our entire project business partners.  His one team, one fight mentality has made us all stronger.  Without Nick's leadership in 2024 the Pathfinder initiative would not be as successful as it is today! 

Huge congrats to Mark Ginsburg on his well deserved SHOF enshrinement for 2024.  Mark had a decorated year on Sales Lab and along the way has helped set the gold standard on both his pitch and production for our Pathfinder business. Mark was tasked to change territories quarter over quarter, consistently hitting his targets no matter the market he was owning.  Along the way Mark helped train new peers, supported the launch of our first SSK Merchant, fine tuned our tablet emulator, and tested a new bundled product offering approach.  Mark ended 2024 with what was arguably the best quarter to date across his peers.  With no signs of slowing down Mark will continue to find himself on top of the sales leaderboard in 2025 and beyond.  Way to go Mark!

Chio's bias for action got us across the finish line for the ENT Rx CLM project. He was instrumental in simplifying the rep experience by embedding the Ironclad launch form right into the salesforce system, this eliminated the need for the rep to log into another system for completing the contracting steps. He also worked on integrating slack and Ironclad to ensure that reps don't miss any notifications from the system and can track all their AIs within slack. In addition to ENT Rx, Chio also built a new capability in Ironclad to allow for non-integrated contracting, which allows new products and 0 to 1 products to have a path for contracting with the Mx. Thanks Chio and congrats!

Congrats, Andrew, for your very well deserved admission to Sales Hall of Fame! Andrew was nominated for a SHOF win in Q2 when he expanded his scope to take on the entire outbound team while under-staffed, spearheaded the charge on Top Mx major comeback and photo finish, and held a high talent bar for both hiring and performance management--significantly up-leveling performance of the team. Cheers to Andrew, the original pre-sales whale, and have a spicy marg on me!

Congratulations to Will on his well-deserved SHOF win! A razor-sharp operator with an unmatched sense of ownership and bias for action, Will has elevated our US SMB Rx Long-Tail Vendor strategy to new heights in 2024. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, always leading with optimism, tenacity, and curiosity. Last year, he transformed Long-Tail from an emerging bet to a full-scale offshore function – unifying GTM for product adoption / menu optimization to grow Long-Tail Mx. We scaled from 143 Vendor reps → 257 Vendor reps across 5 Vendor partners to cover 92% of SMB Mx – with line of sight to 100% coverage in 2025! Will's efforts in partnership with Sales improved vendor sales efficiency by >65% per rep, while expanding vendor skillsets and forging stronger ties with Product/Support. Will embodies the best of Sales S&O – setting a bold strategic vision, redefining what’s possible in this space, executing flawlessly with XFN interlock, and bringing DoorDash values in spades to every interaction. Christi, we are so proud you are a recipient of the 2024 RevOps SHOF - your work throughout '24 was second to none - from leading our T4-5 acquisition efforts (formalizing GML role type, launching the Blitz AE team, graduating T3 as a selection focus and testing golden markets + exclusivity), owning and optimizing our complex end-to-end lead list process (reducing book sizes, moving the team up-market, adjusting geography constraints, ring-fencing role types, expediting QA + curation and publishing earlier for rep pipelines led to a +67% increase in productivity). And last but not least, you drove team culture across RevOps, leading events for our folk in non-Hub cities (DoorDash Olympics, Holiday Trivia). Enjoy the Mexican sun, you're a star!

Payal - Huge congrats on winning SHOF for your efforts with S&O Team Experience. You led the OneTeam pillar through a pivotal year, all while balancing the needs of your day job and ramping in a new Strategy role for Enterprise. You stepped outside of comfort and up-leveled to lead the OneTeam pillar, fully executed on the S&O offsite for 110+ people (among others) which isn't an easy feat, coordinated events in hubs & non-hub offices to really bring together our culture outside of SF, Women and NB circle live events, and ran group volunteer and WeDash throughout the year. In addition to all these events - which made a huge difference in S&O team culture - Payal makes an effort to be present, to connect, to listen and to try to link in EngageMe opportunity areas into action. Nick's selection wins helped him achieve significant GMV production from his signs and was the highest GMV producer of any team member. He didn’t just close deals and with his and not either/or mindset, he brought in long-time holdout clients, demonstrating perseverance, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our partners’ needs. His ability to turn skeptics into believers speaks to his relentless drive and ability to build trust. Nick is always Mx obsessed!
